Privacy Policy
Effective 16 October 2026 · Applies to the Mytha Games website and to Luggage Delivery, Time Travelling Car and Jersey Wars Cricket.
The short version
- You can play our games without an account. We never ask for your email, phone number or real name inside the games.
- Our games collect game statistics, crash reports and device identifiers so they work, stay stable and can show optional ads.
- Ads only play when you choose to watch one. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before personalised ads.
- This website uses no cookies and no tracking. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we are
Mytha Games ("we", "us") is an independent studio that makes mobile games. This policy explains what information our games and this website collect, why, who receives it and the choices you have. You can reach us at mythagames@gmail.com.
This website
This website has no sign-up, no cookies, no analytics and no ads. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.
What our games collect
Depending on the game, we use some or all of the services below.

Your saved game is stored on your device. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, files or payment details.
Advertising
Our games may show rewarded video ads from Google AdMob. An ad plays only when you tap to watch one. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form before ads load, and you can choose whether ads may be personalised. Elsewhere, you can limit ad personalisation in your phone's settings: on Android, Settings › Google › Ads; on iOS, Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Who receives your information
Only the service providers listed above, which process data on our behalf or, for advertising, under their own policies:
- Google Firebase and Google AdMob: Google Privacy Policy

- Cloudflare (website hosting): Cloudflare Privacy Policy
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Analytics events: up to 14 months, then deleted by Firebase.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days.
- Game account and leaderboard data: until you ask us to delete it, or after 24 months without play.
- Emails to us: as long as needed to answer you.
All information is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your data: email mythagames@gmail.com with the game's name, your leaderboard username (or say that you never set one) and the approximate date you installed the game. We delete your game account and leaderboard entries within 30 days. Uninstalling a game removes everything stored on your device.
- Access or correct: ask us for a copy of the information linked to your game account.
- Ads: change your consent choice or reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law), you may have further rights, including to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used one of our games, contact us and we will delete the related data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how our games or website use data, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the games.
